A journey back to yourself

Welcome

Life can be challenging and sometimes we need extra support to navigate through tough times. That's where counselling comes in – it's a place for healing, without judgement, where you can open up about what's on your mind and work through your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can help you gain clarity, find healing, and grow into the best version of yourself.

I'm Victoria, a professional, warm and empathetic BACP & NCPS Integrative Counsellor based in Aldershot - Hampshire, Farnham - Surrey and Online. I sit on the boarder of Surrey and Berkshire so a reachable location from both. I work with individuals aged 16+, offering both short and long-term counselling sessions online or in person. My approach combines Person-Centred, Psychodynamic & Somatic therapies, which means I can adapt our sessions to focus on what matters most to you and your unique goals. Through our work together, I aim to help you understand yourself better, overcome the challenges you're facing, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling to you.

How Does Counselling Work?

Counselling provides a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It's a collaborative process where you are the expert on your life, and together, we'll work to find fresh perspectives and solutions. I can help you to understand how to work with your nervous system and work on that body and mind connection. In our sessions, we can explore your emotions through open conversations or creative approaches, such as using objects or art.

If you struggle to express your feelings verbally and feel you body does the talking for you, we can work somatically by connecting with your felt experience. Additionally, I can use a Psychodynamic approach, which involves exploring how your past experiences and relationships might be influencing your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

This can really help to make sense of a confusing past.

How Counselling Can Help

Through counselling, you can develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, and your relationships. You'll learn practical coping strategies, communication skills, and tools for self-care that can help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience. Ultimately, counselling can empower you to make positive changes, foster personal growth, and lead a more fulfilling life.

Through our collaborative process, we'll identify your unique strengths and resources, helping you develop the tools and strategies needed to navigate life's ups and downs with greater ease and resilience. My location

For in-person sessions, my practice is based in a comfortable, private room in my home located in Aldershot, Hampshire. I also work Monday Evening from The Eaves Farnham. This location is easily accessible from Farnborough, Fleet, Farnham, and Surrey areas including Camberley, Woking, Guildford, and the surrounding areas. I am on the boarder of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.

If you choose to visit me in person, I will provide you with detailed directions and parking information when you book your first appointment.

However, I understand that not everyone can attend in-person sessions, which is why I also offer online therapy via Google Meet. This allows me to work with clients from anywhere in the UK, providing the same high-quality support and care regardless of your location.

Sessions & Fees

I offer weekly therapy sessions that are 50 minutes long. The fee for each session is £60.

To secure your appointment, payment is required prior to each session. This helps ensure that our time together is reserved specifically for you and allows us to maintain a consistent, reliable schedule.

You can make payments easily and securely online, and I will provide you with all the necessary details when we book your first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid being charged in full.

This notice period allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an available appointment. It also ensures that my time is used effectively and efficiently.
