Reaching out is the first commitment you make to yourself to enable change, and it takes courage!
Please fill out the contact form or send an email with a brief description of what brings you to counselling and what you hope to achieve.
We'll then arrange a time to discuss your needs, expectations, and any questions you may have in more detail, ensuring we're a good fit to work together.
Integrative Therapy
Integrative therapy is a flexible approach to therapy that I use to best support you and your unique needs. It means I combine different counselling techniques and theories to create a personalised therapy experience that truly resonates with you.
I tailor our work together to help you explore your challenges, thoughts, and emotions in a way that feels most comfortable for you. By adapting my approach to your specific situation, I aim to guide and support you on your journey towards greater self-understanding, healing, and personal growth.
Psychodynamic/ Person Centred
Psychodynamic therapy is an approach that focuses on exploring how your past experiences and unconscious thoughts and feelings may be influencing your current behaviour and relationships. It's a journey of self-discovery that can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your inner world.
In our work together, I'll support you in uncovering patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be holding you back or causing distress. By bringing these aspects of yourself into awareness, you can start to make meaningful changes and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
Online or In Person Therapy
I offer both online and in-person therapy to ensure that you can access support in a way that feels most comfortable and convenient for you. Each option has its own unique benefits, and the choice ultimately depends on your personal preferences and circumstances.
Online therapy provides the flexibility to engage in counselling from the comfort of your own home or any private space with a stable internet connection. This can be especially helpful if you have a busy schedule, mobility concerns, or live far from my practice location. With online sessions, you can save time on travel and fit therapy into your life more easily.
In-person therapy, on the other hand, offers a more traditional face-to-face experience. Some people find that sitting together in the same room fosters a stronger therapeutic connection and allows for a more immersive, focused experience. In-person sessions can also feel more grounding and provide a dedicated space for self-reflection and growth outside of your everyday environment.
If you'd like to arrange an initial consultation or have any questions about my services, please email or fill out the contact form.

I aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as I can, and I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey towards greater self-understanding and personal growth.
