About Me

I'm Victoria, a compassionate and dedicated Member of BACP & NCPS Integrative Counsellor with a deep-rooted passion for helping people navigate life's challenges. I work in Private practice supporting adults with a variety of problems from Relationships, Trauma's, Self-esteem, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Co-dependency and as a college counsellor supporting young people 16+ with stress, regulation difficulties, friendships, careers, neurodiversity, family difficulties and LGBTQ+.

For 10 years, I worked as a massage therapist, supporting individuals with chronic illness, pain, and stress, as well as those in palliative and end-of-life care. This experience ignited my fascination with the mind-body connection and reinforced my commitment to providing holistic support to those in need.

I believe that every individual has the innate capacity for growth, healing, and resilience. My role as a counsellor is to create a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly and authentically. I am driven by a genuine desire to help people, live more fulfilling lives, and I approach our work together with empathy, warmth, and understanding.
